Experienced stockperson required on Hertfordshire farm.
A position exists for an experienced stockperson on a large award winning estate with a growing meat business. Pedigree cattle and sheep and a small herd of rare breed pigs. This is an excellent career opportunity to make a difference and help take this ground breaking enterprise forwards.
Essential: Minimum 5 yrs livestock experience with sheep and suckler cows, clean driving licence and towing licence, good fencing skills
Desirable: Pedigree livestock experience, PA1, telehandler certificate, clean driving licence and trailer licence, certificate of competence of animal transport, experience with pigs.
Good two bedroom cottage and garden available with water and Council tax paid. You will be required to work every other weekend. Village with good school nearby.
